RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS or EXCHANGES

Original sales receipt must accompany returns or exchanges. We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days from the date of purchase or date item received if shipped. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unworn condition". The definition of new, unworn and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way (and specifically for shoes, to include without limitations, foot imprints on the insole and/or discolored or dirty out soles as a result of use). Special order and Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. Specific items such as Custom made Costumes, Jewelry, Fishnets and Shoe Brushes are non-returnable and non-refundable. If an online purchase of an item is incorrectly shipped by us, you must contact Customer Support within 10 days from the date the item was delivered to the shipping address provided. Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
